Case Manager for Security Remediation

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

As Case Manager, the candidate will be responsible for leading and driving investigation and remediation coordination of significiant security deficiencies found during Offensive Security Tests and from Operational Security work.

Case Manager's responsibility is that the security deficiencies and associated risks are properly assessed and treated in a timely manner, in alignment with the bank's risk appetite. As such, the case manager's role will be similar to a project manager's.

The candidate will be assigned a number of cases to lead, with support of an assigned co-pilot from the team.

 

Must-have knowledge and experience

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience
• Practical experience with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security
• Experience in IT Risk Management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity-related frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Excellent problem solving skills; ability to navigate from unclarity to clarity.
• Advanced communication skills; ability to discuss and articulate complex matters with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good presentation skills; ability to craft and deliver presentations, to influence stakeholders.
• A learning mindset; positive attitude and interest to learn about new and unfamiliar topics.
• Ownership skills; capability of taking charge and driving own responsibilities.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

 

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

Having security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH or CREST will be desirable
