Project Manager for MFA project

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

We are seeking a motivated Senior PM with a technical background and preferably hands-on experience in Multi- Factor Authentication ( MFA), regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. This role is ideal for someone early in their project manager career who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution within a banking environment. 

 

You will support the planning, execution and delivery of technology and complaince - related project, ensuring regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.

 

Key responsibility:

  • Assist in planning and execution
  • Track Project timeline, milestones, risks & deliveries
  • Maintain Project Document, status, reports and dashboards.
  • Support project governance and ensure adherence to internal standards.

Technical & Security Support:

  • Work closely with IT teams on a project involving MFA implementation. upgrades, or optimization
  • Assist in troubleshooting and coordinating the resolution of technology issues.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, RIsk, compliance, and business units.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and status updates.

Required qualification: 

  • 1-3 yrs of experience in project coordination, IT projects, or banking/ financial services.
  • Basic understanding of Project Management 

Hands-on or working knowledge of :

  • MFA
  • JIRA

Must-have knowledge and experience

Project Management, Driving and managing IT and Security Projects, knowledge and experience with Microsoft MFA and security solutions, Delivery Lead, Project and IT Service Management, Agile Delivery Management, Security, Change Management, Stakeholder management & communication, Communications skills
