Requirements Collection
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements
- Analyze existing documentation and systems to identify gaps and opportunities
- Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams
- Document functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate methodologies
Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including requirement specifications, process flows, and system designs
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax
- Produce UML diagrams and BPMN process models for system and business process documentation
- Update and version control all documentation in GitHub or equivalent systems
Design Activities
- Design REST APIs following best practices and organizational standards
- Create data models and database schemas aligned with business requirements
- Develop system architecture diagrams and technical specifications
- Design integration patterns and data flow diagrams
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Business Stakeholders: Regular meetings with business users to validate requirements, review designs, and gather feedback
- IT Teams: Daily coordination with developers, architects, and other technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions
- Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholder groups
Standards Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to internal Requirements & Analysis standards
- Review and validate requirements against organizational methodologies and frameworks
- Conduct quality checks on documentation and design artifacts
- Maintain compliance with data governance and management policies
- Participate in peer reviews and standard improvement initiatives

Technical Skills Required
API & Integration
• REST API Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of REST API principles, including design patterns, best practices, and implementation
• API Design: Ability design scalable, maintainable REST APIs
Data & Analysis
• Data Modelling: Proficiency in creating logical and physical data models, understanding entity relationships
• Data Governance: Understanding of data quality standards, data lineage, compliance requirements, and data governance frameworks
• Data Management: Knowledge of data lifecycle management, data integration, and data architecture principles
• SQL - intermediate level of SQL and understanding of relational databases
Business Analysis & Documentation
• Requirement Gathering: Strong skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• BPMN: Business Process Model and Notation expertise for process mapping and workflow documentation
• UML: Unified Modeling Language proficiency for system design and documentation
Development:
• SDLC: understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role requires technical analysis, business process understanding, and data expertise. The successful candidate should be able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring proper data governance and API design standards. English level required: B2 and higher.

All vendor partners are required to conduct thorough pre-screening of their consultant candidates against the specified skillset requirements before submission. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in ALL listed technical skills including REST API design, data modelling, BPMN, UML, Gherkin, SDLC, GitHub, and data governance principles.
Quality Assurance Expectation: Only candidates who have been verified to possess the required competencies should be presented for consideration. Failure to properly pre-screen candidates will result in:
• Immediate rejection of unqualified candidates
• The vendor will not be invited to submit candidates for this manager’s future CPro requests (for this or other roles).
This requirement is implemented to ensure efficient use of recruitment time and maintain the quality standards expected for this role.
