Bank's Finance Programme is triggered by DFSA Orders. This activitiy is considered large and include new data integrations, new scenario development, testing and activation across four countries.
The consultant will be involved in delivery of Bank's Fianance receivables stream via dedicated Contextual Monitoring soluition, which is to be prioritised in 2026.
A Senior Scoring Engineer with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience is responsible for designing and implementing advanced detection logic. This role focuses on using contextual data and analytics to identify suspicious financial activities and reduce false positives in high-volume transaction environments.
Core Responsibilities:
Detection Logic Development: Write and configure scores in our monitoring platform
AML Use Case Implementation: Design and optimize scoring specifically for Transaction Monitoring (Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing)
Model Optimization & Governance: Calibrate scoring models, set thresholds, and ensure "score explainability" to meet strict regulatory and AML model governance standards.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior data engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical design

Deep understanding and experience in data analysis, financial crime projects, Agile way of working

Good understanding of Bank's Finance products, Quantexa platform solution
