We are looking for an IT Analyst to join the Deposits Domain within Bank's Group Technology. The Deposits Domain is a maintenance organisation for Personal Banking customer’s accounts and deposits in N-core (based on Temenos Transact), currently catering for approximately 6.5 million Accounts in the N-core ledger.
You will be joining a Team of experienced and skilled Product Owners and Analysts who are driving the business and technical requirements specifications and working in close collaboration with the Implementation Team(s) to execute software development according to the SAFe Agile Practices
As an IT Analyst you will play a key role in understanding the business needs, analysing systems and applying data modelling to support clear and effective solutions.
Purpose of the job
Drive the requirements process in Technology. Manage your own part of the initiatives with many stakeholders, ensuring strong focus on scalability, robustness and non-functional requirements in the target state. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and provide both technical and business insight for software development, decision proposals and studies.

Must-have knowledge and experience

- Strong requirements analysis skills
- Good experience in business knowledge and banking
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for T24 and reporting solutions.
- Analyse end-to-end data flows from T24 through integrations, data platforms, and downstream reporting systems.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers and reporting teams.
- Identify upstream and downstream impacts of changes, including data lineage, reconciliation, controls and operational processes.
- Support solution design by clarifying T24 product configuration, account events, transaction flows, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
- Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios covering normal flows, exceptions, reversals, corrections, and end-of-day processing.
- Investigate production incidents and data discrepancies by tracing transactions and records across systems.
- Understanding of deposits, accounts, balances, interest, fees, value dates, postings, and transaction lifecycle.
- Experience creating source-to-target mappings and business data definitions.
- Work closely with Product Owners and developers throughout refinement and delivery—not only during initial requirements gathering.
- Take ownership of cross-system issues until root cause, impact, and resolution are understood.
