Remediation Execution Analyst


The resource is essential to supporting the Remediation Execution Lead by closely monitoring and tracking progress across Service Domains with applications in scope for application uplift. This resource ensures effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, facilitates timely reporting, and helps identify and escalate issues promptly. This role is vital to maintaining momentum and transparency throughout the remediation activities, enabling the Uplift Application Failover project to meet its targets and deliverables. The analyst is responsible for coordination with Points of Contacts and SDTLs across 7 Service Areas, tracking completion of technical remediation of 56 applications in FY26

This resource will support on project 2.4 remediation team execution to secure monitoring of the increased number of applications to be monitored for remediation activities. 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities: 
•    Tracking the remediation progress in Service Domain Technical Lead level and nominated Point of Contacts when relevant.
•    Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings with stakeholders
•    Ensure that sufficient progress report have been received to all applications
•    Update and report the progress forward for reporting team (for SATL / COO) and to the relevant documents 
•    Maintain and enhance good communication with business area representatives and monitor them on the base of remediation activities progress.
•    Ensure relevant updates are communicated to Service Domains to make 
•    Escalate and handle issues and other dependencies with WS2 lead. 

 

The remediation execution analyst should possess strong organisational and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and basic Excel to support reporting and presentations. Experience in managing smaller projects or portfolios is essential to maintain oversight, drive progress, and address delays effectively. Familiarity with kanban boards and tools like Jira is advantageous to facilitate tracking and remediation activities and collaboration within the Uplift Application Failover project.
 
Qualification:
• Good PowerPoint skills and basic skills using Excel as they are the primary tools used.
• Experience managing smaller projects incl. ability to keep an overview of a larger portfolio of small projects and teams, secure progress in remediation activities, assist in handling delays and impediments and reporting for the teams.
• Ability to stay on top of deadlines and comprehensive communicative skills to make sure that all inputs from various teams are delivered correctly and on time for the COO/SATL/SDTL report & meetings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey messages to stakeholder in a clear and professional manner
• Relevant experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira will be beneficial, to support the development of Uplift Application Failover in Jira.
• Great stakeholder management as the resource will have to engage with stakeholders across the organization
