- Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials
- Monitor and report delivery progress and risks timely, proactively identifying issues and risk and escalating where needed to ensure predictable execution
- Uphold project management discipline by promoting a strong delivery culture
- Coordinate across engineering teams, architects and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery objectives and technical direction.
Must-have knowledge and experience
• Proven track record leading AI-driven application modernization initiatives including code conversion, automated refactoring, application remediation at enterprise scale. Experience in this area should be described in the application.
• Proven track record in leading complex IT Programmes
• Experience in defining structured governance on different levels of the organisation and facilitating project Steering which includes senior level leadership
• Ability to scope, drive and govern delivery initiatives
• Ability to translate high level plans and goals into executable delivery plans, working closely with Subject matter experts, architects, data teams and portfolio management
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Very good financial and resource management skills
• Very good analytical skills and attention to detail; able to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Advance presentation skills especially using Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to engage and drive follow-up actions with stakeholders at all levels, able to bring clarity both in verbal and written communication
• Excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing
