Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join one of our teams in Cards Technology. As the Java Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development and maintenance of Java applications that support our business services.

About this opportunity

Examples of what you could be doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications

• Collaborating within agile team and ART

• Working with various internal and external stakeholders

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing applications

• Optimizing application performance and ensuring code quality

• Creating technical documentation for developed functionalities

 

Your technical skills and experience:
• Minimum 5 years of Java Software Development experience.
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture, clean code and continuous integration.
• Knowledge and hands on experience of Java (8+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, SQL
• Good understanding of REST API design
• Familiarize with CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins
• Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodology experience

 

• Experience in C++ development
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with test automation concepts, tools, and best practices
• Kafka
• Front-end development experience with at least one of the following: JavaScript, Angular or React
• Spring WebFlux
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in the financial industry
