DORA Manager

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

Scope of Services:
The external consultant is expected to provide expert advisory and hands on support within the following areas:
•    Interpret regulatory requirements and compliance assessments related to Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management
•    Translate regulatory text and supervisory guidance into actionable requirements, controls, and implementation plans. Provide expert judgement on regulatory intent, proportionality, and good practice within financial services
•    Assist in the preparation of documentation and evidence for audits, internal reviews, and supervisory inspections
•    Contribute to clear, structured reporting for senior management and governance forums
•    Act as subject matter expert on DORA in interactions with internal stakeholders across risk, compliance, IT, and business functions

 

Must-have knowledge and experience

Required Competence and Experience
The consultant must demonstrate:
• Proven experience in regulatory advisory or compliance validation within banking or financial services
• Strong, practical knowledge of DORA and broader operational resilience regulations
• Experience from business continuity and crisis management in the financial sector
• Experience supporting audits, supervisory reviews, or regulatory programmes
• Ability to assess and challenge existing frameworks against regulatory expectations
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to document clear, defensible conclusions
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

 

Locations: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia and Łódź
Candidate to be available in the office 3 days/week if required.
